We have Cold Rolling Mill Complex which is equipped with sophisticated steel production lines & automatic gauge control system to produce quality surface finishes and precise dimensional tolerances with desired flatness & thickness, to suit modern industrial needs.

The Galvanizing plant is specially designed with fully computerized Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing line (Wet Flux Type), which gives uniform zinc coating and excellent Quality surface finish.

1) Cold Rolled Steel Coils. As per JIS G 3141-1B .

Thickness range - 0.12 mm to 0.70 mm
Width range - 750 mm to 1250 mm
Coil ID - 508 mm / 610 mm
Surface Finish - Bright.


2) Galvanized plain coils & corrugated sheets. JIS G 3302.

Thickness range - 0.12 mm to 0.70 mm
Width range - 750 mm to 1250 mm
Zinc coating range - Z 10 to Z 27 (90 GSM to 275 GSM)
Standard lengths - 6 ft to 14 ft
